Highland Square is the dominant shopping center in the North Jacksonville market, featuring over 277,551 square feet located on Dunn Avenue, one block west of I-95. The center is anchored by Publix Supermarkets, CVS Pharmacy, dd’s Discounts (a division of Ross Stores), Family Dollar, Beall’s Outlet, Harbor Freight, Planet Fitness and Coco Beauty Superstore.  The balance of the center contains a mix of regional, local and national tenants and truly caters to the densely populated surrounding market with multiple restaurants, medical providers, retailers, banks, and other service providers. The property is a fixture in the North Jacksonville community. Publix has been an anchor since 1973. Publix relocated within the center to a new building in 1999, renovated the store again in 2020.

Access to the property is excellent as Highland Square occupies a full City block with traffic signals at both side streets and multiple entrances along Dunn Avenue. The center is high profile with excellent visibility and street exposure.
