COMMENTS

Oakwood Commons center is a 21 acre site shadow-anchored by a new Super Walmart. It is currently improved with 66,000 square feet of shopping center space with an additional 40,000 square feet of approved expansion area as well as three outparcels located in Gainesville, Florida.  Oakwood Commons is located at the corner of US 441 and 34th Street on the north side of Gainesville.  The center is currently 80% leased. 

With the addition of Defy Extreme Air Sports, the center became a destination for everyone in the region.  The existing center buildings have undergone renovations that include brand new roofs, freshly painted façade, seal coating of the parking lot improved lighting, and redesigned pylons.
