President and Chief Operating Officer
Rick Baer is the President and Chief Operating Officer of American Commercial Realty Corp. (ACR), which he founded with Mr. Andrew Cohen in 2002. Mr. Baer oversees all of ACR’s operations. ACR was founded as a private company to facilitate the acquisition, ownership, and management of income providing property, including shopping centers, office buildings and multi-family housing throughout the United States. ACR currently provides advisory, management and related services to private investors in many states. Mr. Baer brings his experience in complex negotiations, property development, investor relations and employee management to the company as it expands both its portfolio and client representations.
Prior to the formation of ACR, Mr. Baer was Vice President and Director of Real Estate for Baer’s Furniture Company where he oversaw the companys expansion from five stores and one warehouse in two counties to fourteen stores and four warehouses throughout southern Florida. Previously, Mr. Baer was Chief Operating Officer of Denver-based Meridith Property Management Co. where he originally developed the leasing department and was subsequently responsible for all aspects of the management company as it expanded its operations from Colorado east to Maryland. He began his career in the New York area, supervising the management, leasing, and redevelopment of properties throughout the country for Marx Realty and Improvement Co., Inc. and handling lease negotiations, governmental communication, and financing for Martin Heller and Associates.
Mr. Baer received a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan School of Architecture and Urban Planning in 1977, where he also received a B.A. in Urban Studies. He is an active member of ICSC, having the Palm Beach County Board, chaired for five years until 2010. Mr. Baer is active in numerous charities and is currently a member of the Executive Board of the Palm Beach Jewish Federation. He founded its Real Estate Division and served as Chairman of its Business and Professions Division.

George Kleier is a second generation commercial real estate pro with over 25 years experience in the shopping center industry. George has been involved in Brokerage, Leasing, Asset Management, Acquisition, and large development programs across the United States. He has opened markets for several national retailers as a preferred developer and as in-house decision maker and maintains many excellent contacts in the industry. He has also served as an Asset Manager for a 34 property portfolio in the Southeast that required implementation of many re-leasing and re-development scenarios.
George serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Florida Conference Committee and is actively involved in many ICSC functions.

Glen joined American Commercial Realty (“ACR”) in 2018 as General Counsel. Mr. Rosenberg brings over two decades of diverse legal, real estate, corporate and operations experience to ACR. He joined ACR after nearly ten years at Merchants’ National Properties, Inc. and its management and operating arm, Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc. in New York City, where he served as Vice President, General Counsel, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of retail, commercial and office assets. Prior to joining Merchants and Marx, Mr. Rosenberg served as Vice President and General Counsel at a real estate owner, operator and developer in South Florida and was Vice President and Counsel at a publicly traded real estate investment trust in New York City.
Mr. Rosenberg graduated cum laude from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Debbie Newell has been an essential contributor to the American Commercial Realty team for over 19 years, as a leader, organizer, and anchor. As ACRs Portfolio Operations Manager, Ms. Newell is responsible for organizing our portfolio communications to investors, owners, clients, and tenants, as well as financial reporting, office administration, and daily property management duties. Ms. Newell is also our team leader overseeing our residential portfolio.
Prior to joining ACR, Ms. Newell managed and leased Class A residential properties at PGA National Realty in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
With over 35 years of real estate experience, Ms. Newell is highly proficient in leasing and lease administration, financial analysis, corporate communications, property management, and office organization. Ms. Newell holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.

Justin Paul is a Regional Real Estate Representative at American Commercial Realty. Justin is involved with all facets of the company’s varied real estate business including the leasing of company property, new property analysis and acquisitions, marketing the company’s portfolio across traditional and social media and managing investor relations. ACR provides advisory, management and related services to many investors throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.
Prior to joining ACR, Justin worked in the auction business. He specialized in the sale of real estate at auction throughout the state of Florida with Elliot Paul and Company for 8 years. Justin was involved in over 500 transactions working for both sellers and buyers.
Justin is a life-long resident of South Florida, currently residing in Jupiter with his wife and two little girls. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history from the University of Michigan, where he served as vice president of the University of Michigan student body. He makes a difference in the community at many levels by volunteering frequently, serving on the board of the United Jewish Federation, the incoming chair of the small business advisory council of the North Palm Chamber of Commerce and providing his talent as a volunteer auctioneer at numerous fundraising galas and events, including The Meyer Academy, Jupiter Medical Center’s Cancer Awareness Day, Kiwanis of Palm Beach Gardens, the Jewish Federation of the Palm Beaches and many more. Nadia Bobolia is the Lease Administrator at American Commercial Realty Corp. Nadia handles all aspects of lease administration including abstraction, initial set up, maintenance and year end reconciliation billing. She manages daily transactions and analysis for all properties in ACR’s portfolio.
Prior to joining ACR, Nadia handled site selection, lease negotiations and project management for HearUSA. She negotiated lease renewals, drafted contract proposals, oversaw store build outs and conducted market analysis for over 100 store locations.
Nadia is a native of Ukraine and spent her high school years in Key West. She currently lives in Jupiter with her husband and two children.

Brock Seidel
Construction Manager
Brock Seidel is the Construction Manager for American Commercial Realty. Brock is involved with all aspects of ACR’s construction projects from development to general maintenance of the facilities. He provides ACR with diverse skills to lead various construction projects from the pre-construction phase through fruition including budgeting, negotiating, contracting, managing, and problem solving among others.
Formerly, Brock worked in many facets of construction largely in Project Management among Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and other supervisory positions. Since moving to Florida, he has been a pivotal role in numerous projects consisting of high-end residential homes, retail spaces, bars & restaurants, and one high-rise building netting in more than $100 million worth of construction. Some of the notable projects Brock has helped facilitate consist of several Blue Martinis, Brass Taps, American Craft Aleworks, Allen Edmonds, Arhaus, and VistaBlue on Singer Island among a number of others throughout Florida.
Brock was born and raised in Indiana where he obtained an Architectural Engineering degree from Purdue University. He moved to Florida in 2014 to pursue a career in construction management.
