Pearl Britain Plaza

Pearl Britain Plaza is located in an established residential community in the heart of “Horse Country” on the NEC of NE 25th Avenue and NE 34th Street. Population growth has exploded in this area of Ocala, doubling in size within a 3 mile radius in the last 5 years. This isn’t expected to slow down with the potential for another 1,000 new residences in the next 5 years.

The shopping center went through a major renovation in 2021 with the demolition and reconstruction of a brand new, state of the art Publix. Additionally, the center added new roofs and facades, a new pylon, upgraded parking lot with LED lights and a better view corridor from the intersection. Recent tenants added to Publix at Pearl Britain include Jersey Mike’s, Breakfast Station and Workout Anytime.
