The Property benefits from its popular location along Beechmont Avenue, the area’s strongest retail corridor, midway between Five Mile Road and I-275. There are two traffic signals providing access to the property. Anderson Township has one of the Cincinnati area’s best stock of housing and superior schools.

The shopping center is within a short distance of Home Depot, Target, two Kroger supermarkets, and Macy’s with many other big-box retailers located within a two-mile radius of the property. Recent activity in the area has included the successful “de-malling” of Beechmont Mall (Anchored by Macy’s), the addition of a new Super Kroger, several new automobile dealerships, and many restaurants.
